13Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you.

Amazingly, God spammed so much words of wisdom unto me today. Breath-taking experience.
Questions to ask yourself:
1) Who are we doing things for? What is our mindset when doing things?
2) Bad past experience, so do we dwell in it? Or do we move on for greater things ahead in store for us?
3) When waves of trouble come falling unto us, do we panick? Have you forgotten who He is and what he is capable of doing?
4) Are we living a life that pleases God? Are we strengthened and grateful?

Honor our Parents

1Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2"Honor your father and mother"—which is the first commandment with a promise— 3"that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth."
[Phillipians 1: 29]
29For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for him, 30since you are going through the same struggle you saw I had, and now hear that I still have.
[Philpians 2 :3 -4]
3Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. 4Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.
3 Application Points
1) Obedience in love and out of willingness towards our God-Given Parents.
2) Suffering is part of our christian walk with God. It strengthens and reinforces God's authority over our lives.
3) Being selfless. Seeking other's consensus, Being humble to all, Attend to interests of others also and not just ours.

Who's living a life worth living?

16I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
[Ephesians 4: 1-3]
1As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
1) Let our hearts be a pleasant dwelling place for God.
Why?
God speaks to us more > More Insights > Stretches faith and conviction to do greater things for the kingdom.
How?
By a constant prayerful life. Repetitive Evaluation of our actions and words everyday.
2) Living a life worthy of the calling received.
Why?
Assurance of our identity in Christ > Stronger establishment in spiritual foundation > Outwardly manifestation of actions > Fruitful Life inundated with God's shower of blessings and directions.
How?
Humility, Gentleness, Patience, Bearing with one another in love. Keeping unity with H.S.

Life Purpose

Galatians 6 - Ephesians 2
[Galatians 6: 1- 3]
1Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted. 2Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
[Ephesians 1:4]
4For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.
[Ephesians 2:10]
10For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
God spoke to me two important truths today. Firstly, our love for brothers and all. When we see someone sinning, we should correct out of love and gentleness. Do not create bitterness between you and that particular person. ALSO, Do not just let him be. It just goes to show how much you care for him. Be caring towards each other, only when you start caring , then will it be reciprocal. Secondly, remembering our life purpose. We are CHOSEN to do good works for the kingdom's sake. We should actually feel honoured to be so instead of feeling NUMB(nothing) as we have been in church for quite a period of time and have grown to be people who take God for granted. Do not take God for granted. Strive to live a holy and blameless life. Every action you take has its consequences good or bad.

8Formerly, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods. 9But now that you know God—or rather are known by God—how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable principles? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again? 10You are observing special days and months and seasons and years! 11I fear for you, that somehow I have wasted my efforts on you.
[Galatians 5 : 16 - 17]
16So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. 17For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want.
[Galatians 5 : 22 - 23]
22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
God spoke to me in [Galatians 4:8-11] regarding my numerous backsliding incidents. I really ought to smack myself hard. We should be peope who live by God's Principles and not of the world's. We ought to live by the spirit. When we are so soaked and filled with the holy spirit, the fruit of the spirit just overflows as a manifestation of God's power. Let us be people of the Spirit, not deterred by the World, people around us who seem to be influential or simply anything/anyone that draws our attention away from the Messiah.
