Testings and trials

Had a great, tiring day.

QT:
Romans 3 - Romans 5.

Romans 5 : 3 - 5
3Not only so, but wec]">[c] also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

Romans 5 : 19
19For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.

God spoke to me in two verses. Firstly, [Romans 5:3-5]. I took this verse in reference to a small part of section of the movie "Evan Almighty". In the movie , Morgan Freeman quoted something like "When you ask God for a blessed wholesome family, will he not break the family apart to achieve that? When you ask God for financial security, will he not put you through immense tests so that we can finally achieve what we desire?" Just like what morgan freeman quoted in the movie, we can't expect what we want to just drop down from the sky. We have to push and push and carry on pushing these waves that keep falling down on us. And that driving force of our perseverance is not by our sheer human strength and understanding but by our faith in Him. Perhaps we should remember this that "God is god and you are not". Do not try to do things by your own, because you will not only fail in doing so but fail so badly that you would feel so lousy and depressed. Let Him take control. Let him be the Center of our life.
